Administration & HR Manager

Lisa joined the Rosser team in November 2016 in a Broker Relationship support role but moved to the position of Office Manager in August 2017. Following other internal changes at the company and in recognition of her performance and commitment, Lisa was promoted in July 2021 to her current position of Administration & HR Manager.

Lisa is a highly organised individual, maintains a positive attitude and is focused on delivering high quality service both internally and externally.

Achieving a Central Hawke’s Bay Young Employee of the Year award in her earlier years shows Lisa’s skills are highly regarded. The award was presented in recognition of her administrative ability, willingness to take on new challenges and to seek opportunities for improvement.

Married with one child, Lisa’s  recreational interests are Kontiki fishing and watching rugby union and rugby league.
